Radcliffe's Student Council, which meets at 1 p.m. today, 24 hours ahead of time because of the holiday, will take up an agenda headed by one prominent and three all-college problems.
The Council will name a social chairman to coordinate activities of Annex commuters with dormitory affairs. Commuters total almost half of the Annex enrollment.
Assembly, the 100-girl legislative section of Student Government, will come up for re-evaluation, and the Council will also discuss a system, modeled on the Widener plan, for checking books out of the Radcliffe Library.
