Union Film Committee Plan Improved Bills, Gets New Equipment

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Yardling movie goers will be getting a better deal for their money in future weeks, as the Union Committee announced last night a completely new policy for their Wednesday night film shows.

Better pictures, equipment, and projector-handling are the main features of the new set-up, Richard C. Sawyer '51, movie director, said. Union policy will be to secure the "best past film," and advance bookings already run up to March.

Equipped with a larger screen and projector, the Union group hopes to get permission to use the dinning hall instead of the Common Room, in order to accommodate more spectators.
