Lynn Carrel Appointed Sales Manager of University Press

Lynn J. Carrel, Jr. of Norman, Oklahoma, and 1930 graduate of the University of Illinois will become the sales and promotion manager of the University Press effective Sunday, February 1.

Bren at Greeley, Colorado in 1908, Carrel comes to the University with publishing and advertising experiences at McGraw-Hill Book Company, University Books, Inc., and the University of Oklahoma Press, behind him.

He will reside here with his wife, and his step-son John W. Drake a navy veteran.
