Gynecology Professor To Get Lasker Award
Dr. John Rock '14, a clinical professor of gynecology at the Medical School, will be awarded the Albert and Mary Lasker Foundation Award of the Planned Parenthood Federation of American in ceremonies at New York Tuesday, the Federation announced last night.
Rock has written books on birth controls, abortion, and the causes and relief of infertility. The Parenthood group is honoring him for his contribution to 'scientific research providing practical foundations for relief of human disorders."
