Men interested in applying for the six regional Rhodes Scholarships open next October and who are leaving at the end of the summer term were requested yesterday by Arthur R. Borden, assistant dean of the College, to register with him.
Those men intending to compete who will be in residence in the fall, Borden added, can wait until after registration before making application.
This is the second year since the end of the war that the Rhodes Scholarships have been recontinued. Because money piled up during the war, there are again 16 more than the unusual places to be filled by the United States, said Borden.
