Wits Sparkle, but Few Know 'Miss Juno,' Says HDC

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

"We're asking you who she is, net how she is," protested 'Theodore P. Allegretti '47, president of the Harvard Dramatic Club, when initial returns to the Club's "Miss Juno" contest gave the shapely maid the worst of it in comparisons with the Black Dahlia, Ann Corio, and Mrs. Pruneface.

Approximately 50 eager contestants, aflame to spend the promised evening with "Miss Juno," have released sundry shafts at her elusive identify thus far, the HDC announced last night. In a typical letter summing up the main attraction of the competition, Henry H. Arthur, 2nd '46 penned passionately, "if my answer is correct and the prize includes a date with the above mentioned brunette, I wish to withdraw my entry."

Two charming partners for dancing at the Copley were envisioned by Mare G. Dreyfus '47, who stated with confidence, "The left side of the face is Allegretti; the right side of McClosky." He left the torso a toss-up.
