First on the evening's program comes Corelli's 'Concerto Grosso in D," followed by Beethoven's "First Piano Concerto in C Major." Then the orchestra will turn to opera to present a suite from Purcell's "The Virtuous Wife."
Following the Purcell opus on the program is Slyck's "Variations," after which the Sodality has scheduled five variants from Williams' "Dives and Lazarus." Winding up the evening's proceedings will be "Danse des Bouffons" from "Snegourotchka," by Rimsky-Korsakov.
Phyllis H. Botner '50; Maxwell M. Harvey '44; Noel D. Loe '46; Robert F. Miller '45; and Edward C. Troupin '46 will be featured performers at the concert.
