Dorothy Thompson, columnist for the Bell Syndicate, will address a New Lecture Hall audience on the topic, "These Crucial Days," tonight at 8 o'clock. Ruppert Emerson '22, associate professor of Government, is scheduled to preface Miss Thompson's remarks.
Sponsored by three University organizations, the Harvard Forum, the Radcliffe Zionist Organization, and the University Zionist Society, Miss Thompson's talk will deal with her stand on many of today's leading issues. According to Mendy Weisgal '45 1G, member of the Zionist executive committee, the columnist plans to clarify the points which led to her recent controversy with the New York Post.
Leaders of the Zionist groups had previously declared that Miss Thompson would include in her speech some discussion of the Palestine question.
