Over 150 undergraduates turned out for single sculling Tuesday at the opening of Weld Boat House for spring activities.
Though originally scheduled for a Monday start, boat house activities were not able to get under way until the following day because heavy winds made sculling dangerous.
Most of the 150 scullers present Tuesday were Freshmen, who are granted athletic credits for boating.
