Yardling Quintet Defeats Academy

If proper frame of mind has anything to do with the outcome of the coming Yale basketball game, it's in the proverbial bag. The Yardling five yesterday stretched its winning skein to four straight at the Indoor Athletic Building, pummelling a hapless but game Governor Dummer Academy, 72 to 24.

Coach Warren Berg substituted freely after leading at the half 35 to 9. Every man on the Freshman squad played for at least two minutes in what was the final Yale tuneup battle.
