The first of a series of dinners for Brooks House members, part of a new program to increase social activities of the society, was held in Kirkland last night. A "Brooks House Weekend" in April will be the next feature in the plan.
The Kirkland dinner was attended by 35 House members of PBH. President Ray A. Goldberg '48, and the Vice-President and Secretary-Treasurer of the group were present at the meal, the first in a series which will include all Houses.
Goldberg revealed another aspect of the plan for increasing social activity in Brooks House with an announcement that "Brooks House Weekend" will be held on April 11 and 12. The Friday night festivities will consist of a theater party at "A Message for Margaret," now playing abroad. The climax of the weekend's activities will come on Saturday night, when an Easter Dance will cap the program.
