Local college belles will join forces with the University, Zionist Organization on Sunday, April 13, when it goes on its all-day picnic to Riverside Park in Norumbega. Arnold J. Cohen '50, treasurer of the organization announced last night.
Radcliffe and Simmons will be the chief source of the picnic's female contingent, Cohen stated, explaining that Wellesley girls will be unavailable because the Wellesley vacation period includes the Sunday of the picnic.
The outing will feature an after-supper dance as well as baseball and canoeing.
Proceeds from the picnic will go to the Jewish National Fund, which purchases land for settlers in Palestine Cohen warned that those going should bring a box supper.
