Advocate Will Appear in Week, Receives Over 150 Manuscripts

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

More than 150 manuscripts have been submitted to the Advocate for publication, Lloyd S. Gilmour, Jr. '50, business manager of the publication, announced last night.

At the same time, Gilmour asserted, the magazine's campaign for advertising has been "very successful," as there are more than 15 candidates for the business board. Forty students are trying out for the literary board. "As a result of the success of the competitions," Gilmour stated, the Advocate will appear next Monday, its scheduled publication date.
