Two speakers from the U.N. Council here, together with representatives from Wellesley and Radcliffe, will assess Russia's contributions to the United Nations on the program "Open for Discussion," a weekly feature of Station WBZ, at 12:30 o'clock tomorrow.

Thomson C. McGowan '48 and Robert S. Warshaw '46 will represent the Council.
