After coming out of two sloppily played periods with a 4 to 4 tie against Wellesley High School in the Boston Arena yesterday afternoon, the Jayvee hockey team hit the nets four times in the final stanza to win out 8 to 4.

Improved passing and teamwork turned the tide in the late stages of the game, as Bob McLaughlin added two goals to two earlier assists, while Dave Key and Charlie Coulter shared scoring honors. Tom Weld registered the final marker unassisted.

It was the third win for the Junior squad in three official starts and the second this week.

The starting lineup: rw, Lee; c, Hamlen; lw, Bell; rd, Weld; ld, Coste; g, Yetman.
