The problem of "Is Germany Getting Off Too Easy?" has been tentatively announced as the Harvard Forum topic for Tuesday night, March 4, by president Emanuel Parzen '49. Eight discussion groups for the term have been planned as a result of a recent College-wide poll to determine student interest. Organizational meetings for the groups will take place Tuesday night.
