The same jayvee quintet that crushed Burdett Junior College under an 84 to 38 score in its opener last week will take the floor here tonight against the Brockton YMCA.
Since the Burdett clash, Kopp has been drilling his squad on individual shooting and operating from the fast break. The Crimson will line up with John Altrocehi and Bill Mobraaten at the forward posts; Dick Covey and Chuck, Brynteson, in the guard slots; and Frank Lionette at center.
Kopp is still looking for a tall, aggresive center to replace Bill Prier, who graduated to the Varsity this season.
The Coach has been concentrating on improving his players as individuals to make them better equipped to fit into the Varsity pattern next season. The Jayvee squad serves as the proving ground for the Varsity.
