In honor of the one hundred seventy second birthday of the United States Marine Corps, the University Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps unit will see a movie of one of the leatherneck battles during the last war.
After the movie, Captain Charles M. Cable, U.S.M.C., Marine Officer instructor at the unit, will deliver a talk on the Marine Corps.
The anniversary celebration is to serve as springboard for a drive to result College students for the Marine inactive reserve, which is now open to men who have had no previous Corps experience.
