Harriers Elect Cogan Captain

The Varsity cross country took time out from its daily practice routine yesterday afternoon long enough to choose John Cogan '50 as captain for the 1948 season.

Cogan, a 21-year-old Sophomore, has been the number one Crimson runner in most of the meets this fall. He led Melrose High to the State Championship in 1944 by finishing third in the interscholastic meet.
