The General Education report's neglect of women will be the subject of a lecture by O. H. Mowrer, professor of Education, this evening at 8 o'clock in the Leveret House Junior Common Room.
Mowrer, who is psychologist in charge of the Psycho-Educational Clinic and editor of the Harvard Educational Review, will enlarge upon his theories of femininity, and is expected to attack the report on "General Education In A Free Society" for its disregard of woman's educational problems in contemporary society.
The lecture, open to the public, is one of a regularly scheduled series sponsored by the Student Association of Natural and Social Sciences. Mowrer, has also appeared as a guest lecturer at the Law School Forum, and has aired his views in radio broadcasts over WMEX and WCOP.
