Following hard on the heels of their Monday triumph over Cornell, Debate Council members J. Phillip Bahn '49 and Howard L. Swartzman '47 continued their victorious tour by whipping the University of Pennsylvania Tuesday night in Philadelphia.
The Crimson debaters scored their win arguing the affirmative of the topic: "Resolved, That a federal world government be established."
