well as what we saw on the field Saturday, proved this. The practices this week have been the best of the year. The team spirit and determination is typical of any Harvard team during the Yale week. Wednesday's practice was by far the best since the corresponding week in 1941. I feel we are fully prepared for Yale.

VINCE MORAVEC (Captain): Last Saturday against Brown, the crowd saw an inspired Harvard team refuse to crack under the worst series of breaks that I have over seen in one game. That team is going to continue its winning ways because the spirit that was displayed last Saturday is riding higher than ever before this week.

JIM FEINBERG (acting captain): If I had to choose one word to describe the feelings of the team as we enter the Yale game, I would say that we are determined. We're determined to prove to ourselves and to the University that as disappointing as the season has been, we have a fine squad. We're not trying to alibi or explain-we simply mean to win. JOHN JUDKINS (manager): When we leave for New Haven this morning, there well be but one thought in our minds-beat Yale. The team is in the beat mental and physical shape of the season. If the student body will back us tomorrow, I'm sure we'll come out on the long end of the score.
