Three speaker highlighting tonight's AVC meeting in Winthrop House Junior Common Room are scheduled to discuss "The Congressional Power to Investigate: What Are Its Limits?"

With the focus on recent investigations of Hollywood, Thomas H. Eliot '28 will analyze the part such investigations play in aiding the execution of legislative powers, while Milton Katz '27, professor of Law, discusses civil rights.

Walter Wagner, Nieman Fellow, who formerly served as Washington correspondent for the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, is scheduled to comment on the manner in which the press has reported the present investigations.
