Head cheerleader Jerry Spear last night pleaded for a three-hour breather from "student apathy" during this afternoon's Harvard Stadium gridiron clash. Spear set down three, rules that he hoped would be followed:

(1) Before the game, a cheer will be led for the Scarlet--"Harvard, Rah, Rah, Rutgers"; (2) between the halves, Crimson and Scarlet cheerleaders will combine in directing the same Short Cheer, with "Team" substituted for "Rutgers"; and (3) all Crimson rooters should stand and yell when Harvard enters or leaves the field or when the elevens change goals.
