Conant to Give Albany Speech

President Conant will speak in Albany on October 17 at the eighty-first annual convocation of the University of the State of New York, it was announced yesterday.

Other prominent educators and state officials are expected to attend the convocation of the University, an administrative body which establishes educational standards for the state.
