HMC to Issue New Club Bulletin Today

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Underscoring increased activities of the Mountaineering Club, which is now the largest organization of its kind in the country, the Club Bulletin will be published for the first time today.

The new quarterly is designed to keep the HMC members informed of club projects, and to provide other information of general interest to mountaineers. It will not compete with the HMC Journal, a permanent record of important climbs by club members and published every two or three years.

HMC schedules for this winter include an ice climb on Mount Washington, with the club cabin in Tuckerman's ravine as a base. Two expeditions, one to South America, and the other to the Canadian Rockies, are being tentatively considered by the climbers for next summer's vacation trips.
