Any veteran who ever served as an enlisted man may receive help in filing his terminal leave pay papers at the American Veterans Committee office in Phillips Brooks House any afternoon during the next ten days.
AVC has all the necessary forms, except, of course, copies of individual discharge papers, and information necessary in determining the number of days the veteran can count for credit. There seems, however, to be considerable confusion in the Army Finance office about the counting of different type of leave and rehabilitation furloughs, but rulings on these should be clear in a few days.
The University has given the Veterans Committee, which is now fully organized with its chapter constitution, the right to distribute the forms to all former enlisted men in the College.
