AVC Calls Student Groups for Conference on Cost of Living

At the invitation of the American Veterans Committee, 25 representatives of all student organizations will meet tonight in a conference at Phillips Brooks House at 8 o'clock to discuss "the steadily increasing cost of education."

Purposes of the meeting, as outlined by the Student Activities Committee of the AVC, headed by Robert Koehl '44, are first, to establish all the facts concerning the rising cost of education for veterans and non-veterans, and second, to initiate discussion on how veterans may safeguard their right to an education.
