University and M.I.T. Speakers Will Mark V-J Day Anniversary

Three professors of the University and one from M.I.T. will address the American Veterans Committee's V-J Day niversary rally on the subject, "We Won the War; Are We Winning the Peace?" tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock in Sanders Theatre.

First speaker of the evening will be Felix Cernuschi, Guggenheim Fellow at the University Observatory, whose topic will be "Fascist Spain and Argentina."

In other talks, Mark D. Howe, visiting professor of Law, will discuss the American policy of occupation of Germany; and Warren A. Seavey, Bussey Professor of Law, will speak on the Far Eastern problem.
