Miss Libby Holman, popular stage actress and star of the new musical, "The Best of Friends." Andrew Rosenthal, author of the show and members of the cast will be introduced by Francis O. Matthiesson, professor of History and Literature, at a Cambridge Citizens' Political Action Committee reception at the Club 100 today from 4:30 to 7 o'clock. All University men interested in the PAC are invited to attend.

Miss Holman will sing tunes from her new musical, currently playing at the Cambridge Summer Theater; and Professor Matthiessen will discuss the PAC's tentative plans for the fall elections. Members of the event's hostess corps yesterday extended invitations through the CRIMSON to all University men interested in meeting the guests.

Professor Matthiessen is a Harvard Teacher's Union executive. Miss Holman is a member of a Connecticut chapter of the Citizens' PAC. She has starred in numerous stage hits on Broadway and elsewhere. Today's reception is one of a series introducing prominent guests to members of the local Citizen's PAC and interested non-members.
