First prizes in two events went to hefty Willo Fisher in the track meet of the Caledonian Club's ninety-third annual Scotch picnic, at Russell Field in North Cambridge last Saturday.
Topped only by the three firsts of Clayton Farrar of the Reddish A. A., Fisher took the 56-pound weight throw with a heave of 34 feet, 2 1/2 inches, and also walked off with top honors in tossing the caber. His winning caber toss was 34 feet, 11 inches.
Fisher also took a third in the 16 pound hammer throw, in which the winning throw was 92 feet.
