No Books? Physicists Find Simple Solution to Problem

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The present book shortage has been wreaking almost as much havoc among the faculty as it has among students. Professors have been squandering an enormous amount of hair trying to figure out some means by which their charges will be able to keep up with assignments.

Dr. Goudschmitt and his assistant, Lem Hyde devised a practical sounding method last week for their Physics 2 pupils. Hyde suggested that a copy of the text be placed in the library showcase.

"Splendid," added Goudschmitt. "We can turn a page every day."

The plan has not yet been put into use.
