Contrary to a statement in yesterday's CRIMSON, Music 1 will not be discontinued next year. Music 35a and 35b are included in the 1941-42 schedule of music courses, but they are not replacing Music 1.
It was also stated yesterday that English 4, a course in lyric poetry will be a combination of two present courses, English 85a and English 85b. Although it will incorporate some of the material of English 85, English 4 will be a new course.
