In the only intramural diamond contest played yesterday, Dunster and Adams battled their way to a seven-inning 7 to 7 tie, which was finally called because of gathering darkness.
It was a see-saw affair all the way, as the Funster forces pushed over a brace of tallies in the last of the sixth to break a 4-4 deadlock, only to have their opponents score thrice in the final frame and lead 7 to 6. Kirkland and Dudley postponed their softball game for lack of players. Today Leverett plays Kirkland, while Lowell faces Dudley on the hardball field.
