Running into opposition tougher than anything they had encountered around Cambridge, the Crimson tennis team took a 13-2 trouncing from Yale in New Haven Saturday. The win gave the Elis an undefeated season and the Eastern Intercollegiate and Big Three crowns.

In their victory the Blue swept all eight of the singles matches, beginning with New England champ Rolor Ray's defeat of Thorn Kissel, the Crimson's number one man, and going through John Roberts; who lost to the Eli Victor Klem.

Two of the five doubles matches were salvaged by Bob Ashley's charges. Levin and Whitman won their set, while Arthur Ecker and Roberts combined to pick up the second Crimson victory.
