Carroll F. Getchell, H.A.A. head, announced last week that the first meeting of candidates for the Varsity tennis team will probably be called sometime this week by Arthur Douropulos, who coached last year's squad. It is not known as yet what new material will be available or how many are returning from the 1945 team that won five matches and lost six.
