Lacrosse, Tennis Teams Will Play Deerfield, Exeter Today

Seeking its second win of the season, the lacrosse team will take on Deerfield Academy at Deerfield this afternoon. Coach Bob Maddux expects to open the game with Bob Richards, Frank Trinkle, and Pete O'Grady at the forward positions. Probable starters at midfield are George Wood, Ned Dewey, and Bob Lange, with Don Louria, Curtis Cushman, and Frank Jessop at defense, and Russ Shubert in the goal.

Coach Bob Ashley's tennis team will journey up to Exeter to open its season against a strong Exeter squad. Thorn Kissel, Murray Levin, Edus Warren, Arthur Ecker, Milt Heath, and Jim Ware will play for the Crimson.
