CHASEMEN LOSE TO B.U. IN RETURN MATCH, 5 TO 4

The Varsity hockey team went down to defeat, 5 to 4, yesterday afternoon at the Boston Skating Club, at the hands of the Boston University skaters. As a playoff of last week's tie, the game was featured by a see-saw struggle with frequent penalties and an argument by the B.U. coach over one of the Crimson goals.

Each team took advantage of the other's penalties and much of the scoring was done while several players were sitting in the punishment box. This was especially evident in the second period, when the Chasemen were penalized twice in four seconds and B.U. scored quickly to knot the count at 3 to 3.

Although showing a strong offensive, the Harvard sextet was frequently stymied by the tight B.U. defense, and could not score after the final enemy goal in the middle of the last period.
