NYT Journalist Maggie Haberman Weighs In on Trump’s White House, Democratic Strategy at Harvard Talk
Harvard's suicide rate has reached one each week, Harvardmen are a dying race, the old school tie is vanishing, and something's got to be done. That's the thesis of Dr. Clarence J. Gamble, who graduated from the Med School in 1920, as expounded in a letter to the Alumni Bulletin published this week.
Dr. Gamble, lamenting the fact that only 0.58 children were born to the average member of the Class of 1931 within nine years of snagging the sheepskin, sees more young Kallikaks than Jawn Harvards being born and finds that the rate of self-elimination among Harvard alumni is accelerating. Dr. Gamble does not mention the size of his own family.
