Tylers of Trinity to Challenge Swimmers

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Trinity's Tyler brothers, Dave, Bob, and Dick, will give Hal Ulen's once-victorious and once-beaten swimming squad a tough fight tomorrow night in the Indoor pool at 8 o'clock, according to all advance indications.

The Hartford boys have not been bested in the sprints or 100-yard events this season, and Tyler brother Dave, the biggest wheel of the trio who last week topped the Trinity spring record with a 24:3 clock-reading, has been beaten in the 220 only by Williams' Captain Dave Maclay, New England Champion.

Crimson mermen who will challenge the Tyler prowess are Johnny Watkins and Wally Coburn in the sprints, Howard Simpson in the 100, and Simpson and Ted Norris in the 220. Norris and Bruce Johnson in the 440, Backstrokers Frank Krayer and Dick Stone, Breaststrokers Chuck Holzer and Julio Vielman and Divers Tom Drohen and Pete Grady should have less trouble. Jayvee swimmers will meet Andover at Andover tomorrow afternoon.
