"Problems of Political Philosophy" will be the topic of a talk at Phillips Brooks House this afternoon at 4 o'clock when Louis Hartz '40, instructor in Government, addresses an opening meeting of the 67-year-old Philosophy Club.
Hartz, who was in charge of the popular Government 3 course during the summer is on leave of absence this term but will resume his teaching duties in the spring, taking over Government 6b. Besides this teaching program, Hartz who has been termed "the young spark in the Government department" by one of his former students, is also a Freshman advisor.
