Tentative plans for House activities during the winter season were announced yesterday by Adolph Samborski, Director of Intramural Athletics. The exact schedule will be released next week.

Both basketball and squash will get under way before the Christmas holidays, with two hoop contests scheduled for the week ending December 20th. House basketball practices will take place every afternoon between 3 and 4 o'clock, with extra sessions set for 7 o'clock on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights of next week.

Squash will be organized into two leagues, each House fielding two teams of five men, and playing frequent matches throughout the season.

Although the all-House swimming meet will not be held until after mid-years, the intramural mermen will practice every Wednesday night. Classes will also be held from 10 to 11 o'clock in the morning, from 1 to 2 o'clock and 5:30 to 6 o'clock every afternoon.

The wrestling and boxing tournament is set for two weeks before the spring vacation, with the track meet and fencing contests taking place at approximately the same time.
