A plan to unseat Chief Executives in a situation as President Truman finds himself will be supported by the Debating Council against Boston University in the Adams House Upper Common Room at 8 o'clock tonight.

Don Willner '47 and Howard Swarts-man '47 will defend the motion of the evening: "Resolved, That the Constitution be amended so as to remove the present incumbent from the presidency when the Congress is controlled by the opposing party." The Council will try for its sixth victory of the fall.
