Lowell Cagers Defeat Kirkland Five, 35-23

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Lowell's hoopsters put down a scrappy Kirkland five last night, 35 to 23, as Fred Donahoe, high scorer with 15 points, sparked a last-half drive for the Bellboys. Half-time score showed the winners only one point ahead.

Winthrop's Puritans spanked Eliot earlier in the evening, 42 to 22, as Philip Wade led with 10 points and Fred Flicklager starred on the defense.

Norman Cameron, backed by Bob Athas and Bob Thorn, helped the Leverett Bunnies to a 44 to 21 victory over Adams yesterday afternoon. Cameron tied Donahoe for high man of the day, with 15 tallies to his credit.

A Dudley Hall quintet fell to the Dunster Funster yesterday afternoon, 25 to 42, to round out the day's full schedule of intramural basketball.
