In an attempt to measure undergraduate listening habits with an ear to selecting programs which have the greatest appeal, the Crimson Network will begin its first postwar college-wide polt tonight.
"WHCN has been waiting a long time for a representative undergraduate body to question," stated R. Bradbury Clark '46, Network poll director. "We hope, as a result of the radio preferences shown, to be able to suite the tastes of our listeners,"
Unlike College polls which rely on printed questionnaires at the dining hall entrances for their opinions, the Network poll will be a person-to-person solicitation. Members of the Network plan to caurass all rooms in the seven Houses during the three-day inquiry.
Possible results of the poll, Clark said, may be an early extension of wiring to the Yard if sufficient interest is shown.
