In case you've been wondering how far you can go in cutting classes before and after holidays, here is the story direct from Dean Hanford:
1. Regular attendance at college exercises is required.
2. Students on probation are required to attend all classes.
3. Men on the Dean's List "will be trusted with greater responsibility and discretion in the matter of attendance" if their absence does not interfere with "the collective interests of the class."
Saturday, the day of the Dartmouth game, the Dean's office says, is not a holiday. Armistice Day is.
