NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Levin H. Campbell '48, president of the Student Council, announced yesterday that the customary practice of offering special Loans and Scholarships to needy students will be carried on as usual this year by the Council.

All students who are unable to pay the current term bill and wish to apply for one of the Council's Loans or Scholarships may secure application blanks from the secretary of Phillips Brooks House. The forms should be filled out in their entirety and returned to the PBH office by no later than Tuesday, the statement continued.

Fifty dollars was specified as the top figure for the loans which are offered under the plan, Campbell said in conclusion.
