Talent Heavy Jayvees Meet Freshmen Today

Freshmen will have their first chance this year to see their football team in action when the Lamarmen face the Jayvees at 2 o'clock this afternoon on Soldiers Field, in the resumption of a traditional pre-war contest.

Chief Boston's boys rank as heavy favorites, with an undefeated, untied, and unscored-upon record in four games, and a powerful attack sparked by the passing of Captain Dave Farrell.

Greatly improved in their last time out against Exeter, the first-year forces are still striving to make their running attack click.
