It was smooth sailing for the M.I.T. yachtsmen Sunday, as the Techmen led Harvard, the Coast Guard, and Yale in a quadrangular regatta on New London's Thames River.

Amassing 104 points to the Crimson's runner-up total of 91, the M.I.T. boats led in both the 12 and 14 foot dinghy classes, while Owen Torrey, commodore of the Harvard Yacht Club, led the star class craft.

Sunday the Crimson yachtsmen will enter the freshman championships at Tech, and the following week will race in Brown University's invitation regatta at Providence.
