Band to Solicit Hanover Fund At Stadium Game Tomorrow

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Money to defray the expenses of the Band's Dartmouth excursion will be solicited in the Stadium tomorrow afternoon between the halves, according to acting manager Thomas P. Howard '48.

Hoping to make good the goal of $1000 for trips and uniforms, toward which only $250 was collected at the Coast Guard game, the manager nevertheless wished to make it clear that popular criticism of the H.A.A. in the matter was unjustified since it had contributed $2000 out of the $3000 cost of the Princeton trip despite a deficit of its own.
